The first time with us
In order to make your first visit with us as comfortable as possible, we ask you to bring the following with you in advance, if available:
- E.Card
- Allergy passport
- Medication list
You will receive a medical history form from us when you arrive at the practice. This allows us to get to know you and your state of health better and tailor the dental planning to your individual needs.
Alternatively, you can download the medical history form here, fill it out at home and take it with you to your first visit.
We are contractual partners with the usual health insurance companies (ÖGK, SVS, BVA, …). We settle all medical services directly with your health insurance company. However, please understand that additional costs may be incurred for various services. We will be happy to inform you about this during your visit.
